Founded by David Parker, MHS, BSN, RN, the firm combines specialized executive search expertise with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare and nursing leadership. Having worked across provider organizations, payer environments, and government healthcare programs, David brings a unique understanding of healthcare delivery and the leadership competencies required to succeed in today's complex healthcare environment.

 

Recognized with the Maryland State Nurses Association Outstanding Leadership Award in 2016, David leverages his extensive professional network and industry knowledge to help organizations secure exceptional nurse leaders who strengthen executive teams and advance organizational mission and performance.

David holds a Master of Health Science in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from PennWest Edinboro, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park.
